the One Finger Push Up with One Arm World Record. He achieved an
incredible 39 strict repetitions at the Kyokushinkai Championships at
Wembly Arena, London {UK} on March 20th 1982. Micky remains the world's
most versatile and respected exponent of One Finger Push Ups with One
Arm three decades on in 2012.
