Stair Climbing: On Hands: Most: 787 steps. Ex-circus performer Nikolai Novikov walked down stairs using only his hands when he 'walked' down 32 flights of stairs / 787 steps in June 2004. A couple of times the daredevil fell, but luckily his team of doctors followed closely behind to pick him up. Novikov, from Russia has practiced handstands since he was four-years-old, and starved himself for 2 days in preparation for the stunt. BOAR
