Tractor Pulling: Team: 1 Mile: Fastest: On March 28, 1998, three men from North Carolina (USA), set a world record by pulling a 27,000 pound (12,247.2 kg) tractor-trailer a distance of 1 mile in the record time of 95 minutes, 16 seconds. Kirk Nobles, John Brookfield, and Steve Jeck completed the mile-long feat in the presence of Fairmont, North Carolina Mayor Pro Tem, Charles Kemp, who doubled as official timekeeper. BOAR
