On January 28, 2003, Ricardo Bellino met Donald Trump for the very first time at Trump Tower, NY, with the intent of convincing him to build the Villa Trump — an exclusive real estate and golf community in Sao Paulo, Brazil — a half billion dollar project. Despite being extremely busy and admittedly not in the mood for a new business deal, Mr. Trump reluctantly gave Mr. Bellino exactly 3 minutes to make his presentation. At the end of these three minutes they shook hands and a multimillion dollar deal was sealed on the spot.
